We seek performers who have mastered their craft and understand why they perform.
Technical skill is essential. So is intention. We want artists who know they are in service to something larger than themselves. Many of our performers are Costa Rican, representing the depth of talent in this country's arts community. Others travel from around the world because they want to perform for audiences who show up with presence. We curate for range. Established artists and emerging voices. Large collectives and solo performers. Choreographed pieces and improvisation.
The result is performance that surprises you, moves you, and stays with you after the festival ends.
