First workshop Embody the Creative Power - A practice in service to Truth In this practice you will be guided through an inner exploration of the power contained in every nuance of the Eternal Feminine to experience yourself from the fragmentation of the Ego to the integration of every part of you, from the absence of the egoic mind to the total and rooted presence of the soul, from internal separation to ecstatic union with Totality. This journey will be guided through the use of sacred practices of various kinds, from pranayama to kriya kundalini, from conscious movement to meditation, from powerful and rhythmic music to the eternal silence of sacred sound of mantra. Second workshop: Giving Yourself Permission - Energetics of Authentic Connection In this ritual circle Ela Mare will guide you through an experience of profound healing through the exploration of the visceral meaning of Cosmic Love and its vibrational frequency. You will be guided to contemplate certain parts of you and your life from a space of newfound light and clarity, which will allow you to immerse yourself in a state of openness and acceptance for what is, recognizing every part of you and your life as supremely sacred, perfect and whole.
