Concerning the Envision Festival organized by Los Ojos Production S.R.L. (jointly, the “Festival”), we  processes your personal data for the following purposes:

-When you have purchased tickets through our website, to (i) process your order, (ii) receive and process your payment, (iii) provide customer support in relation to the tickets or passes purchased and (iv) any other activity related to the selling of tickets.
-For these purposes, we will need to process your identification and contact data (e.g., your first name and surnames, date of birth, telephone number and email and postal address) and your financial and payment data.
-Send you commercial communications that contain information about the Festival or any other upcoming events, products or services related to the Festival (such as transport or accommodation services). To allow you to receive this information, we will process your identification and contact data (specifically, your full name and email address).
-Send you customer support e-mails or information about your status as a user, which may include, among others, reservation confirmations, event reminders or event modifications and information concerning the access to the venue.
-As part of this, we will also process your identification and contact data, as well as the information related to the specific Festival you are attending and to which the relevant communication pertains.
-Guarantee the security and safety of the Festival premises, assets and individuals and, if applicable, to investigate any possible incidents that may take place during the Festival. This may include video surveillance systems.
-The categories of personal data that we will need to process for these purposes will depend on the applicable purpose in each case; e.g., the incident that has occurred or the means used to guarantee the security of the facilities as well as providing the necessary mobility adaptations for users who need them. Your identification and contact details, your image or health documentation in the case of persons with reduced mobility and/or special needs may, inter alia, be processed.
-If platforms or social networks such as Spotify, Google and Facebook that compile your personal data as data controllers obtain your consent (when they are legally required to do so) to share those data with us, we will process them so that we can obtain information on your consumption on those media and your preferences in terms of artists when using those social platforms, and send you, if you have asked for it, additional, adapted commercial information that may be of interest to you. In addition to this information, we will need to process your identification and contact data, as indicated above, for this purpose.
