With a mother as a personal trainer, Josie was exposed to all forms of exercise from early on and made her a movement enthusiast. Through different stages of her life she studied, practiced and taught Weight Lifting, HIIT Classes and diverse styles of Yoga. Only when she deepened her Yoga practice, she became aware of how much it matters to move consciously. Now she is creating fun classes that blend together the different elements. Keeping the classes low impact and body weight, makes them very accessible and yet extremely effective for muscle toning and raising general fitness.
